We’re delighted to announce that Jake Madsen has made the jump from Producer to Deputy General Manager of our EdTech pod.
Our EdTech pod is focused on telling compelling stories with data from the worlds of education and workforce development, so it made sense that the pod’s Deputy GM should come from our existing team of data specialists.
As infogr8 CEO Richard Silvester notes, “Jake’s recent promotion towards leading the EdTech pod is a true testament to how far he has developed both professionally and personally over the course of the past three years.”
“Jake joined infogr8 at our pivot point, starting a progressive operating model that needed proving. I see Jake’s rising into leading his own pod as proof (outside of the commercial successes we’ve seen) of matching subject matter leaders with high-performing data-led teams. Jake has more than earned it, proving his ability day-to-day in the latter and growing in the former through determination and the values we share with our partners, teams and talent network.”
“It was a natural fit with Jake already managing and helping grow stronger bonds in the Education space: he’s been instrumental across our partners Lightcast, CompTIA and more recently playing an integral role on the American Opportunity Index. Congratulations Jake, here’s to many more shared successes in the data-led EdTech space.”
Our new sector-specific pods mean everything to us. We chose to launch EdTech and Sustainability because they represent two fields where we feel we can make a real difference when it comes to social action, justice and empowerment.
