2024 was the year for exploring new frontiers in data. We made our first jump into AI with Mastercard Foundation. We took the American Opportunity Index to new heights, and we took our FutureFridays data innovation initiative on the road to Outlier, Chicago.

Launching the year with bold and empowering global data design guidelines for Moody’s, helping the organisation to produce more effective and consistent data-led communications.
New standards in career exploration were set with a the launch of CompTIA’s Career Explorer. Breaking the mould of conventional career navigation, this solution combines rich video content, backed up with immersive data in a joyful user experience.
The jump into AI started with Mastercard Foundation, building on top of their integrated reporting platform, the AI companion summarises data whilst complementing it with more contextual information to give snapshot takeaways for speedier reporting.
The American Opportunity Index was taken to new heights with its third launch, a fresh-new design that places greater emphasis on storytelling and editorial, as the initiative matures.
A reimagining of the economy spearheaded by the team at Harvard Kennedy School, with data design consultancy from the infogr8 team, harnessing data to help regions prosper.
Welcoming eight new purpose-led partners: Edelman, Youth Futures Foundation, Climate Action Network, Climate Policy Initiative, Climada, Urban Ocean Lab, Go Science & European Research Institute
Design into overdrive. We boosted our network with Martina Zunica joining as our Information Design Lead, recently followed by Camilla De Amicis.
FutureFridays went global, sparking creativity and connections across the data community. Over 400 people took part, leading to 40 new creative projects.
Heading into next year, from client partner workshops to our Data Visualization Society collab at Outlier Chicago, we’re dedicated to building working cultures that see data not as a source of overwhelm, but as a source of opportunity.
