infogr8 have an exciting opportunity for an account executive to join the growing client services team. The team’s focus is on building relationships with the great brands we work with, helping them identify opportunities to help grow and solve challenges through our unique blend of data, design and content strategy. You’re a self-driven account executive with a keen interest in content marketing, who can confidently liaise with clients, work well within a team and steps up to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and help grow accounts by spotting content opportunities.
  • Managing the vital details of projects and ensure flawless execution.
  • Working together with the Senior Account Manager to generate smart ideas and engaging decks for pitches.
  • Presenting your ideas with confidence and validating it with rationale.
  • Communicating with clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Consolidating client feedback for relevant teams.

Account Management

  • Manage infogr8’s client needs day to day on small projects focussing on a static projects.
  • Work with Senior Account Manager to define and communicate the client’s communication strategies to their internal teams and customers.
  • Write/refine creative briefs and brief the infogr8 team and collaborators.
  • Work with Senior Account Manager to critique and approve deliverables in terms of function, format and beauty throughout infogr8’s production process.
  • Work with Senior Account Manager to manage finance on projects from scoping, resourcing, billing and managing invoices through the cycle.
  • Report to Senior Account Manager on all key metrics and remain fluid in order to keep scheduling effective and minimise resource leakage.
  • Keeping in touch with clients and not allowing relationships to grow cold (pre and post project).
  • Developing close working relationships with the team and respecting data and creative.

Business Development

  • Work with Senior Account Manager to nurture infogr8’s large & leading client base across key verticals including society, government, commerce, tech & travel.
  • Identify opportunities within organisations and report to wider team efficiently.
  • Pitch content ideas consistently, prepare presentations and proposals.
  • As an ambassador of infogr8, you will have the confidence, desire and passion reputation further by broadcasting infogr8’s cause via the media and communications community.

You have:

  • Relevant experience in an agency environment.
  • A clear love for digital marketing and a curiosity to learn about content marketing.
  • Commitment to clients and confidence to speak on the phone to clients and manage expectations
  • Up to date with latest digital platforms and tools shaping the media landscape
  • Effective time management and organisation skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changes in the business priorities, schedules and timelines.
  • An articulate, straightforward and engaging approach.
  • An open mind with a gravitas that can justify rationale to steer your clients and colleagues into a learned excellence.
  • A positive outlook.

Qualifications required

Marketing or media related degree or equivalent experience & awareness.
